  • In Albania de Sud (Riviera Albaneza) puteti vizita Sarandë (oras de plaja plin de viata, cu acces la Parcul National Ksamil si Butrint), Ksamil (cunoscut pentru apele sale cristaline si insulele mici, perfecte pentru inot si plaja), Himarë, Dhermi, Borsh (sate de coasta cu plaje frumoase, atmosfera relaxanta si fructe de mare excelente) si Plaja Gjipe.
  • In sud-estul Albaniei puteti vizita: Berat (oras UNESCO cu arhitectura otomana si faimoasele „o mie de ferestre”), Gjirokastër (alt sit UNESCO, cunoscut pentru casele sale din piatra si fortareata), Korçë (oras cultural cu un bazar istoric si traditii artistice puternice) si Pogradec (pe malul lacului Ohrid, excelent pentru relaxare si peste proaspat).

Tips pentru o vacanta in Albania

  • Desi cardurile sunt acceptate in orase mari, multe locuri (in special zonele rurale si magazinele mici) prefera plata in lek albanez (numerar).
  • Engleza se vorbeste in zonele turistice, dar cunoasterea saluturilor in albaneza poate fi de mare ajutor.
  • Incearca mancarea locala – Nu rata preparate precum byrek, tavë kosi si fructe de mare proaspete de-a lungul coastei.
  • Cumpara o cartela SIM locala pentru date ieftine si o acoperire buna.
  • Drumurile pot fi inguste sau serpuite, mai ales la munte; inchirierea unei masini este excelenta, dar conduceti cu prudenta.
  • Bea apa imbuteliata – Apa de la robinet nu este intotdeauna sigura pentru baut, mai ales in afara oraselor mari.
