About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Marketing Director to lead our marketing function and play a key role in supporting our business in the travel industry.
This is an opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on professional who thrives in dynamic environments, understands customer behaviour, and knows how to turn insights into high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Coordinate, mentor and develop the marketing team, ensuring strong alignment and performance
• Define and implement the overall marketing strategy, aligned with business and sales objectives
• Plan, execute and continuously optimize integrated marketing campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance and market trends, translating data into actionable insights
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing materials in line with brand and strategic goals
• Collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to ensure consistency and impact
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, suppliers, and external partners
• Identify new growth opportunities and innovative ways to promote services in a competitive market
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing leadership role
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
• Creative thinker with a proactive, results-oriented attitude
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Advanced English (additional foreign language is a plus)
