HR Director

Responsible for the management of all HR activities within the local company, in line with the strategy of the company, the E-EU region and the DER Touristik Group. Actively manages and supports the HR staff. Actively collaborates with the Head of HR for the Eastern Europe (E-EU region) to implement HR priorities.

The ideal candidate:
•    University degree;
•    5 years of experience in a similar position - managing HR activities at local level;
•    HR Business Partner role in medium to large company, being responsible for the whole employee cycle in the HR department;
•    One of the HR processes (Recruitment / Compensation & Benefits / Learning & Development), in the position of specialist / manager of the process (developing and managing the process);
•    Managing small team (2+ people);
•    Overall understanding of HR admin and labor code; 
•    Coaching/mentoring experience highly appreciated;
•    English - B2 level.

Main tasks & responsibilities:
•    The HR Manager - in cooperation with the company's management - formulates and manages the company's HR policy, in line with the strategic objectives of the company and the E-EU region and the DER Touristik Group;
•    Develops and implements HR strategies in line with the strategic objectives of the company and the DER Touristik Group, in accordance with local legislation and regulations. Sets up and manages individual HR processes;
•    Develops human resources outlooks in line with the organisation's objectives and implements steps to ensure the company's staffing needs;
•    Establishes, coordinates and optimises HR processes within the company. Analyses and evaluates the set HR processes and their functionality, proposes and implements changes in the set processes;
•    Responsible for setting up and managing (correcting) the payroll budget;
•    Responsible for the payroll agenda of the company;
•    Responsible for setting up and managing (adjustments) the training budget:
•    Responsible for setting up systems and processes for selection, recruitment, adaptation, development, appraisal, reward, motivation, career development, release and dismissal of employees;
•    Covers internal and external HR marketing;
•    Monitors and analyses employee satisfaction;
•    Responsible for the company's occupational health and safety (HSSE);
•    Responsible for compliance with legislation in the field of labour law and the protection of personal data relating to employees;
•    Provides HR consultancy for TOP management, recruits for managerial and senior positions;
•    In cooperation with the company's management, participates in the creation of the company culture, in line with the company's values and objectives;
•    Collaborates with other departments of the company, participates in management meetings, coordinates HR meetings;
•    Participates in HR meetings at E-EU region level. Promotes and defends the company's interests in line with the E-EU region strategy; 
•    Implements group HR projects and activities locally and within the E-EU region.
